February Menu Plan

Here it is! I have a few new things I want to try and I took off a couple things that we got tired of after this month. I might still change a few things around if I find something I really want to make, but I'll keep you posted! :D

Week 1

Whole Chicken with potatoes in crockpot - glazed carrots
Chicken Noodle Soup - THIS is the one I'll be making, but THIS is the one I aspire to making and am posting it as a challenge to myself...
spaghetti with homemade whole wheat breadsticks
london broil with rice and asparagus
baked chicken with mashed potatoes and broccoli and cheese
beef roast in crockpot with rice and roasted green beans
grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup with carrots/celery and dip

Week 2

grilled bbq chicken with rice and roasted green beans
beef roast in crockpot with rice and broccoli and cheese
baked potato bar
sloppy joes on homemade rolls with raw veggies and dip
nachos - ground beef/cheese/pintos
whole chicken in crockpot with potatoes and glazed carrots
bbq pork (crockpot) sandwiches on homemade rolls

Week 3

Birthday Party - meal not planned yet
london broil with rice and asparagus
tacos
beef roast in crockpot with rice and broccoli and cheese
spaghetti with homemade whole wheat breadsticks
whole chicken in crockpot with potatoes and glazed carrots
sloppy joes on homemade rolls with veggies and dip

Week 4

Eat Out (this can be moved around and switched to any day during the month)
grilled chicken with rice and roasted green beans
grilled cheese sandwiches with tomato soup and veggies and dip
easy enchiladas (see THIS post)
beef roast in crockpot with rice and roasted green beans
Maple glazed chicken with mashed potatoes and broccoli and cheese
london broil with rice and asparagus

Breakfast Plans

waffles (make ahead and freeze to pull out and toast)
bran muffins
banana bread
eggs
yogurt
granola and granola bars
